Happiness is a serious matter, says Dr. Saamdu Chettri from Bhutan. So serious in fact, that Bhutan now place a bigger focus on their Gross National Happiness Accounts than the traditional GDP measures. Metodically measuring a range parameters that reflect the spiritual and not just material wellbeing of the population, the GNH is a refreshing new outlook on the ever relevant problem of how to measure progress.
