In his new book Tordenregn danish ecojournalist Michael Rothenborg paints a picture of what denmark might look like in 100 years - how climate change will radically alter the conditions for wildlife, weather and vegetation.
Citing Core Group member Carsten Rahbek:
"We have to realize at rise in ocean, lake and river levels will drive back meadows and other terrains, contesting the frontiers urbanization and agriculture. As such, any conservation effort will incur compensation to farmers and residents".
