The three purposes of the project In100Y are:
#1. Constitute an overview and insight into the important developments and driving forces relevant for long term sustainability and growth, and create awareness of the striking changes they imply for society. Both in the general public, amongst decision makers and in academia. We will do this by holding four seminars and publishing our findings.»
#2. Develop and outline scenarios for future sustainability and growth – possible as well as preferable – in order to form the basis for merging the various approaches in the field to a coherent direction for development.
#3. Provide the VELUX FOUNDATION with an assessment on whether the foundation should support a center for environment and sustainability in Denmark.
