Once fortune tellers and oracles were our sources to knowledge about the future, and most people actually beleived that the future was a given thing. During the 70s that changed forever. The oil crisis shifted the way we think about the future, and first of all we learned that there is more than one. “Future” became “futures”, and since then more and more people and organisations are acknowledging that we can and must anticipate the future.
During the process of In100years we will outline preferred futures for sustainable societies in 2112. This process starts by imagining alternative images and myth of economics, politics, business, policy, technology and mindsets. More than 200 experts and visionaries will be part of this scenario process, and we will invite you to join too.»
